What should I do if my order isn't here yet? 
Your estimated date of delivery should be stated in the Order confirmation email, do allow some time for its arrival. However, if the order is not here by estimated date, do contact us. 
There are some defects in my item / My items are missing.
We're extremely sorry that you are unsatisfied with your items!
For online purchases: do email us at silkstudiosingapore@gmail.com within 3 working days with the following information: 
1. Your order number
2. The name or product code of the defected item
3. Clear photograph of the defect
Can I return my purchase?

How will I receive my refund?
Cash refunds are not provided for returns. Online credit equivalent to the purchase price will be issued once item has been returned and properly inspected.
